A note from the Chair:

The Grimes County Democratic Party is focused on “Good Government for Grimes County.” We recruit good candidates to run for county-elected offices. We expect our officeholders to take the public trust they have gained seriously. They work for the benefit of the taxpayers and voters, and they should bring sound financial principles to bear on the $10M business that is Grimes County Government. They should not treat the public trust nor the office they have earned with disrepect by considering it a part-time job.
